2. Physical Items (If Applicable)

• We currently ship physical items to all serviceable locations across India.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate Indian address, including PIN code.
• If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

• If any physical item is damaged during delivery, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required for verification.
