Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Yoga Adhyayan, we value transparency and fairness in all our policies. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which course bookings, retreats, and other services may be cancelled and whether refunds are applicable. By enrolling in any program at Yoga Adhyayan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Course Registration & Booking Policy
  • All yoga teacher training courses, retreats, workshops, and certification programs offered by Yoga Adhyayan require advance registration and payment.
  • Your seat is confirmed only after the registration fee or full course fee has been successfully received.
  • Limited seats are available for each batch; therefore, bookings are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation by the Student

a) Cancellation Before Course Start Date

  • If a student cancels their enrollment 30 days or more before the course start date, the registration fee is non-refundable, but the remaining paid amount may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting administrative charges.
  • If cancellation is made 15–29 days before the start date, 50% of the total course fee may be refunded (excluding the registration fee).
  • If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the course start date, no refund will be issued.


b) Cancellation After Course Has Started

  • Once the course, retreat, or training program has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • This applies even if the student chooses to leave the program early due to personal reasons, health issues, or schedule conflicts.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following payments are strictly non-refundable:

  • Registration or booking fees
  • Accommodation charges once allocated
  • Meals and facility usage fees
  • Airport pickup or travel-related services
  • Any promotional or discounted course fees

4. Course Postponement & Date Change Policy

  • Students may request to postpone their course to a future batch, subject to availability.
  • Postponement requests must be made at least 15 days before the original course start date.
  • A postponement may be allowed once only, and the registration fee will be adjusted to the new course date.
  • Any price difference for the new batch must be paid by the student.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Yoga Adhyayan

Yoga Adhyayan reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, low enrollment, or instructor unavailability.
  • In such cases, students will be offered:
    – The option to transfer to another available batch, or
    – A full refund of the course fee paid, excluding non-refundable third-party expenses (if applicable).

6. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for booking.
  • Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

7. Visa Rejection Policy

  • If a student is unable to attend due to visa rejection, they must submit official proof.
  • In such cases, Yoga Adhyayan may offer:
    – A partial refund (excluding registration and administrative fees), or
    – The option to transfer the booking to a future course date.

8. No-Show Policy

  • If a student fails to arrive on the course start date without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
  • No refunds or transfers will be applicable in such cases.

10. Policy Updates

Yoga Adhyayan reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
